Red Pocket 🧧

In Chinese tradition, guests always show their love and blessings by giving a red pocket (红包 pronounced hóngbāo), a small red envelope filled with money that symbolizes good fortune, prosperity, and happiness for the couple’s new life together.

If you would like to participate in this tradition, we have made several options available for your convenience:

  • Traditional Red Pockets: For those who prefer the physical tradition, you are welcome to purchase red pockets online in advance and attach them to your handwritten card.

  • Electronic Red Pockets: For those who prefer a digital touch, you can scan the following QR codes to send your blessings via Venmo, Cash App, or Bitcoin.

Note: We will also have complimentary red pockets and QR codes displayed at the reception for you to use on the wedding day.
